The Caterpillar Song

A great song about a caterpillar who dreams he can fly but wakes up crying every morning when he remembers he is just a caterpillar. But it has a happy ending! Can you guess? For Key Stage 1 children.

New Music!

Our latest song is all about a big blue steam train. Written for Year 1 students but popular across Early Years and Key Stage 1, this song really evokes the rhythmic feel of a steam train with it's pistons roaring!

About Us

When a child sings with others for the first time, perhaps at school...... or at home with mum, dad and siblings, they start a lifelong journey with one of the simplest and yet most special forms of communication known to humankind: making music together. This website is for all those who have recognised the magic that can be found the moment A Child Sings.

The Travel Song

For Reception to Year 1 students this catchy song is about travel and asks the children "Tell me the best way to go?". This is a great song to personalise when singing with the children as it is easy to insert a child's name before your musical question.

Countdown Song is an exciting Space themed song for Reception aged children. It features an exciting and noisy countdown to blast-off!

Keep those song theme requests coming!
